Public Rooms  🙌

Now use your Filo rooms for all your Zoom meetings! Create a public meeting link, use them in invites, or quickly share with colleagues.

Public room links replace that bland Zoom meeting page with a beautiful, branded landing page. Meeting history, recordings, and context remain in the appropriate room and sensitive data remains secure, while members and guests can quickly and easily join from anywhere.

Guests want access to the full room context? They can request access right from the page.

New Text Block Tile 😍

Quickly and easily capture & share meeting notes, post status updates, or keep everyone on the same page with our new beautiful text block tile. Full WYSIWYG formatting and quick edit make it a breeze to use.

Full screen direct messaging 💬

Direct messaging in Filo just got a huge upgrade!  Your DM experience is now full screen and fully featured including attachments, Giphy integration, group chat, reactions, and much more!

Other Feature Enhancements 🔥

We continue to hear your feedback, and have addressed some of your biggest requests and reported bugs.  

  • Bolded room names on new activity: No more missing important updates. Quickly see which rooms have updated activity with both room badges and bolded names!
  • Mobile styling: Our mobile experience got a huge upgrade. Headers, chat, fonts, and tile formatting are all updated to work fantastic on any device.
  • Performance updates: We continue to streamline performance across the app.  Home and chat load quicker, and notification performance has gotten a boost!
